Christmas Market

On the first Saturday of December each year for nearly two decades, we strove to recreate the atmosphere of the traditional outdoor German Christmas Market — the Christkindlmarkt. Our version was an indoor event more suitable to the unpredictable Kansas winter, but served the same purpose of helping to prepare for the celebration of Christmas!

This event of craft vendors, German food, a Silent Auction, and musical entertainment, all pointing to the coming celebration of Christ's birth only a few weeks away, has been handed-over to our major beneficiary - Back Pack Buddies of Leavenworth - to aid in thier annualk fundraising.

Join them for this special day at the Riverfront Community Center in downtown Leavenworth, between 9 AM and 4 PM, which will resume in 2021.
